ABOUT THE TRAINER

Timothy's love for dogs started at thirteen with his Rottweiler that was so well trained that they could have easily won a U.D. (Utility Dog ) title. As Timothy grew, his love for dogs did as well. He started to read everything he could find about wolves and dogs, while working with almost every AKC/UKC breed of dog. He got hands-on experience with his uncle who was a police K9 handler and decoy for over 30 years.

Today Timothy is an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. He has also obtained numerous certificates, diplomas etc in the field of dog training.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to effectively train dogs and to promote responsible handling.
 
A personal protection dog must have the correct obedience and must be tested with distractions. In order for obedience training to be effective, the handler should have complete control over their dog, something we rarely see.
 
We feel that there is no way to stop someone who feels that they need a personal protection dog. They may end up doing the training themselves, with the result being the ticking time bomb of a poorly trained dog. We want to keep our community safe by promoting responsible handling and effectively training dogs. We also hope to correct dominant and or aggressive behavior in dogs before it’s too late.
